Registration for PAL Fall Soccer Program - Kindergartners & "First Kicks"

Registration takes place for Police Activity League's Fall Soccer Programs for:

Kindergarteners:  for children ages 5 years of age entering kindergarten in the fall 2011.

"First Kicks": for children 4 years of age entering Kindergarten in September 2012.

• Clinic is conducted by the Storm Soccer Academy.
• Both clinics are held at the Winthrop Avenue School on Saturday mornings.
• Registration forms available online. Parents are asked to fill out and print the form at home and to bring THREE copies to the registration at the Bellmore PAL office.

• Registration Fees $65.00 – 1st child/ $55.00 – 2nd child.
• Mandatory uniform – shirts $20.00/shorts $10.00

All first-time players must bring their birth certificates.
