Soul of Peru is a series of images that photographer Polly Mills Whitehorn captured while touring Peru with an Afro Peruvian jazz sextet this past January. This trip was high energy with gigs most nights, visits to musicians homes, dancing, great food, Inca ceremonies and destinations the average tourist to Peru does not see.
The exhibit runs from April 1-30 at the Bellmore Memorial Library, 2288 Bedford Ave., Bellmore.
