Stand-Up University Registration Deadline

This "comedy college" "Super Summer Class" commences on June 21 at 6:30 p.m., the first in a seven-week course. The cost course is $275 per person (includes your own show DVD). 

Today is pre-registration deadline: A deposit check for $200 ($75 balance due by third class) or full payment of $275.00 (or two for $350 if you join with a friend, payable in full prior to start of classes). Checks are made payable to Steve Lazarus is due two weeks prior to the first class, sent to Stand-Up University, PO Box #35, Plainview, NY 11803.

Stand-Up University is a first-rate school instructed by professional comedians who teach the fine art of stand-up comedy. Over this seven week course, students are encouraged to create and perform an original 5-8 minute routine which depicts the comical essence of whom they really are. Each week students get up on stage to work on their "act" with exercises designed to hone their comedic skills. On the 6th week, students, now turned comedians, will actually perform in a real show at a Long Island comedy club. A video tape of your performance will be given to you, so that your first time on stage can be remembered forever!
