
Tweens and teens (in grades 6 to 12) are invited to improve their flexibility and reduce stress. Yoga is an exercise that explores and integrates the mind, body and breath. Participants will learn how to move gracefully, breathe smoothly, sustain your focus, develop strength, flexibility, balance, mental clarity and emotional stability.
Participants should bring a yoga mat to class, wear comfortable clothing and avoid wearing tights since participants will be barefoot.
