A veteran of stage and television, Fitzpatrick eventually crossed over into comedy and has been making audiences laugh ever since. Pricing: $22 plus two beverage minimum per person.
  2. Community Wellness Council of the Bellmores & Merricks Post-Prom Midnight Madness Fundraiser Where/When? Bellmore Knights of Columbus #3689; Friday, 7:30 p.m. - 12 a.m. Why go? There will be a buffet, open bar and music -- 100 percent of the profits will go the the post-prom party. The post-prom party is a fun way to keep students safe after their prom. The fundraiser is for those who are 21 and older. Pricing: $30 per person
  3. Wine and Chocolate Pairing Where/When? The Vine-Wine Bar; Saturday, 6-8 p.m. Why Go? It's a wine and chocolate tasting party ... do you really need another reason to go? To borrow a phrase from the popular peanut butter cup, it's two great tastes that taste great together! Pricing: $60 per person.
  4. There Ain't Nothin' Like a Dame Where/When?Bellmore Jewish Center; Saturday,  8 p.m. Why Go? The Bellmore Players present a uplifting and toe-tapping musical revue that's sure to get you movin' and groovin' in your seat. Pricing: $18; $15 students.
  5. Strike Out Lupus! Where/When?Farmingdale Lanes LLC; Sunday, 2-5 p.m. Why Go? This fundraiser supports the Bellmore-based Lupus Alliance Long Island/Queens. Pick up a spare to help out those in need this Sunday! Your entry fee includes parking, shoe rental, food, and unlimited bowling. Pricing: $25 per person or a family 4-pack for $85 (includes two adults, & two kids under 16).
