Grand Avenue’s PTA Reflections Winners were recognized at the May PTA meeting for their various submissions for this years’ “The Magic of a Moment” theme.
Grand Avenue had four students move onto the regional level competition, and one of those four, advanced all the way to the state level competition.
Meriel Pitarka, was recognized for her art submission, Michael Boland for his literature submission, and Jamie McGovern (not pictured) was recognized for her photography submission. Immanuell Mellis, who composed an original piece, advanced his musical submission all the way to the State level competition.
