High Notes for Bellmore Student-Mucisians

More than two dozen were selected to perform in All-County groups.

The Bellmore School District is proud to announce that 27 student-musicians attending Shore Road Elementary School have been selected to participate in the Nassau Music Educators Association All-County Festivals, being held at the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts at LIU Post in January 2017. Selection was based on students’ individual New York State School Music Association evaluation scores and teacher recommendations.

The district congratulates the following students on this accomplishment:

Fifth Grade:
Alec Ader – band, trombone; Lexi Beller – orchestra, viola; Isabella Blasi – orchestra, violin; John Crowe – orchestra, viola; Olivia Dina – band, alto sax; Kathryn Gabberty – orchestra, violin; Alexa Gaspar – orchestra, violin; Ava Goldsmith – orchestra, violin; Anthony Hoffman – orchestra, bass; Natalia Kleczek – orchestra, violin; Benjamin Margulies – orchestra, viola; Alexandra Radinsky – chorus; Jenna Rotola – orchestra, cello; Rani Sharma – band, clarinet; Gaby Skolnick – band, alto sax; James Smith – cello; Maximo Walaitis – orchestra, bass; Ally Yucht – band, alto sax; Julie Cohen – orchestra, violin.
