International Delight Cafe Reopens 1 Month Later, After Repairs

BELLMORE, NY — The wait is officially over for Bellmore dessert lovers. After nearly a month, the International Delight Cafe is reopening its doors on Feb. 27, just in time for the weekend.

The popular sweet spot had to undergo repairs for a storm-related water leak, announcing its temporary closure on Jan. 28. Since then, the team has been hard at work getting the space ready to welcome customers back.

On Thursday, the cafe shared the sweet news: it will reopen on Friday. Known for its many gelato flavors, waffles, and full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu, International Delight Cafe has been serving up smiles and sweets in Bellmore for 40 years. The cafe is located at 322 Bedford Ave.
