John F. Kennedy High School’s Chapter of the National Art Honor Society recently held their induction ceremony, turning a classroom into a full-fledged art gallery exhibiting selected works of 35 new inductees.

Coordinated by Ms. Vanessa Albaneze and assisted by art teachers Lisa Federici, Mark Booth, Sarah Ritchie and Carissa Roche, the National Art Honor Society honors and recognizes exceptional art students.

These students must maintain over a 90 average in all of their art coursework and have selected examples of their work judged.

The candlelight induction ceremony was led by Chapter President Ricki Rothchild, Rachel Martino, and David Luft.
