Benson, who lives in Bellmore, purchased the winning Bacon scratch-off ticket at Kings Freeport Car Care on West Merrick Road in Freeport, the New York Lottery reported. He chose the single lump-sum payment that gives him a check for $546,840 after the required withholdings. There are two top prizes remaining on the Bacon scratch-off.
