Man Stabbed In Head During Fight Outside Bellmore Domino's: Police

A teenage boy was taken into custody and could face an assault charge in connection with the stabbing, according to police.

BELLMORE, NY — A man was stabbed in the head Friday after getting into a verbal fight with a 15-year-old boy outside Domino's in Bellmore, according to police.

Authorities were called to the restaurant located at 2150 Bellmore Ave. around 10 p.m. Friday, according to a Nassau County Police Department news release. Investigators found the 15-year-old struck the victim, a 19-year-old man, in the back of the head with a knife during an argument.

The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for a laceration on his head, police said.

The 15-year-old boy was arrested for second-degree assault and fourth-degree possession of a criminal weapon, according to authorities. He was scheduled to be arraigned Saturday in First District juvenile court, police said.
