McCarthy Congratulates Bellmore-Merrick High Schools for Inclusion on "America's Best" List

Rep. Carolyn McCarthy, D-Garden City, offered her congratulations to 18 schools in her Congressional District that landed on Newsweek-Daily Beast’s “America’s Best High Schools” list, published online here.

“Some of Long Island’s greatest assets are our high-quality schools, and good schools are the best investment we can make in our country’s future,” Rep. McCarthy said. “I heartily congratulate all the schools that won this distinction and am so glad that so many of them are in or near my district.”
