Nassau County's Most Wanted

These are the people the NCPD wants to find, and you can help.

Like many law enforcement agencies, the Nassau County Police Department keeps a list of its most-wanted people.

These are some of the people that the NCPD is looking for, and it is asking for the public's help. If you see any of these people, or know anything about the crimes with which they're charged, the NCPD encourages you to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous.

Damion Barnaby, 24
Wanted for: Robbery

According to police, on Tuesday, Aug. 16, at approximately 4 a.m., the victims were on Dekoven Street in Lakeview when Damion Barnaby, along with two others, allegedly displayed a weapon, and stole victims' cash and personal property. Then police say they fled the scene in an unknown direction.

Roger Bissoon, age unknown
Wanted for: Domestic Assault

According to police, on Tuesday, Oct. 11, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Roger Bissoon assaulted and threatened the victim with a knife on Manhattan Avenue in Roosevelt. Then he fled the scene.

Anyone with information about this crime should reference CSU-312-16 when making a tip.

Ashlyn George, 18
Wanted for: Second Degree Assault

According to police, in May of 2016, Ashlyn George allegedly assaulted the victim with a weapon, causing them injury. George was arrested, and a warrant was later issued in June when she failed to appear in court.

Jalissa Norman, 24
Wanted for: Fourth Degree Grand Larceny

Jalissa Norman is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open felony bench warrant for fourth degree grand larceny. According to police, on Dec. 13, 2014, while at Marshall's at 1240 Old Country Road in Westbury, Norman, along with another woman, allegedly stole assorted merchandise totaling $1,713.89. Norman was arrested, and a warrant was issued in March, 2015 when she failed to appear in court.

Edwin Maurad, 23
Wanted for: Second Degree Rape

Edwin Maurad is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open felony bench warrant for second degree rape. According to police, in March, 2014, Maurad allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with a female victim less than 15 years old. He was arrested, and a warrant was later issued on March 19, 2015 when he failed to comply with court proceedings.

Jose Manfredi Gonzalez, 33
Wanted for: Rape

Jose Manfredi Gonzalez is wanted for the alleged rape of a 14-year-old female that resulted in a pregnancy. Police say the rape occurred on July 15, 2013 on West Merrick Road in the Village of Freeport. Gonzalez's current whereabouts are unknown, and he works as a day laborer primarily installing gutters. He has also been known to frequent the villages of Freeport and Hempstead.
