Nassau Police Arrest 14 In Drug Den Takedown
Police say they recovered materials to make THC oil, as well as many other drugs.

The Nassau County police arrested 14 people after a drug raid on a North Bellmore home Thursday night. According to police, narcotics vice squad detectives conducted an investigation into the sale and possession of controlled substances in the Bellmore area. As part of the investigation, detectives executed a search warrant at 109 Hazel St., which is located about 1,000 feet from Saw Mill Road Elementary School, at 7 p.m.
During the search, police said they found materials consistent with the manufacturing of THC oil: glass jars, glass beakers, tubing, a vacuum pump, syringes, scales, a money counter, computers, an iPad, vape pens and assorted chemicals and compounds. Police also said they recovered what they believe to be oxycodone, adderall, suboxone and assorted THC oils and marijuana.
Police confiscated a 2017 BMW SUV, 2012 Mercedes-Benz SUV, 2012 Chevy Camaro, 2006 Chrysler 3000, 2000 Lexus ES300 and 2009 Yamaha scooter.

John Marcolini, 48, of Sugar Maple Road in Levittown, was charged with five counts criminal possession of a controlled substance, five counts criminal sale of a controlled substance and conspiracy.
Nicholas Lupo, 33, of Bobolink Lane in Levittown, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal sale of a controlled substance and conspiracy.

The following people were all arrested and charged with conspiracy:
Kenneth Sarra, 48, of John Lane, Levittown.

James Rubenstein, 51, of Sugar Maple Road, Levittown.

Gina Eannucci, 52, of Plumtree Raod W, Westbury.

Mark Scaramucci, 39, of Bette Road, East Meadow.

Joseph Dellacona, 41, of Myrtle Lane, Levittown.

Sam Naderi, 37, of Hardy Lane, Westbury.

Michael Janickey, 47, of Frank Avenue, Hicksville.

Gerard Fogarty, 60, of Oakley Avenue, Massapequa.

Joseph Derogatis, 48, of Michigan Drive, Hicksville.

James Dobbin, 49, of Eastwood Avenue, Deer Park.

All 14 people were arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Friday.
