Police said they are looking for a man who robbed gas stations in Farmingdale and Levittown and a 7-11 in Hicksville at gun point, in a span of 20 minutes.
At 3:25 a.m. Friday, police said the man entered the USA Gas Station in Farmingdale, displaying a black handgun and demanding money. He then fled south on foot on Heisser Lane with an unknown amount of money, according to police.
At 3:40 a.m., the subject entered the Exxon at 3285 Hempstead Tpke. in Levittown, where he displayed the handgun and stole an unknown amount of money, plus packages of cigars and cigarettes. He then fled on foot in an unknown direction.
Finally, at 3:45 a.m., the subject entered the 7-11 at 413 Jerusalem Ave. in Hicksville. He displayed the handgun and demanded cash, then fled on foot in an unknown direction with an unknown amount of money and cigarettes.
No injuries were reported during the robberies.
Police described the subject as a black or hispanic male, 25 to 30 years of age, 5'7", slim build, with a black hooded jacket.
