New Superintendent to be Appointed for North Bellmore Schools

North Bellmore School officials have confirmed that a new superintendent of schools will be appointed on Tuesday at the May Board of Education meeting.

The new hire will replace Arnold Goldstein, who will be retiring at year's end.

“I will be retiring as of July 1,” Goldstein said. “I want to say to everyone that it’s been a privilege to have been the Superintendent of North Bellmore. Our community is truly special, and our staff members have demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, commitment, and compassion for the students that they serve.” 

The meeting will be held at 8 p.m. at Martin Avenue School, which is located at 2616 Martin Ct. in Bellmore.
