The North Bellmore-North Merrick Little League kicked off its 2010 season yesterday with a parade beginning at Saw Mill Road School and making its way to Gunther Field on Bellmore Avenue for the opening ceremony.

North Bellmore Superintendent Arnold Goldstein, School Board President JoAnn DeLauter, Trustee Joe Perrone, Hempstead Town Clerk Mark Bonilla and Councilwoman Angie Cullin, Legislator Dave Denenberg and Senator Charles Fuschillo were all on hand for the celebration.
