Drug Dealer Arrested After Selling Heroin by Massapequa Park Elementary School: Police

MASSAPEQUA PARK, NY - A drug dealer and two of his suspected customers were arrested over the past week afther dealing heroin near a Massapequa Park elementary school, according to Nassau Police.
The trio were arrested after an investigation from anonymous tips regarding narcotic sales less than 1000 feet from the East Lake Elementary School in Massapequa Park.
Last Friday, 37-year-old Justin Johns, of Massapequa, was seen failing to complete a full stop while driving a black colored 2015 Ford SUV, police said.

After detectives conducted a traffic stop, Johns admitted to possessing two wax envelopes of heroin labeled ‘BEAST MODE’ and he was arrested, police said.
Johns is charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.

Last Monday, detectives saw 52-year-old Clifford Wagner. of Farmingdale, make a hand-to-hand narcotics transaction in front of 157 Atlantic Avenue, police said.
He was then seen leaving the scene driving his car at a high rate of speed and violating multiple traffic laws, police said.
Detectives were able to stop the car, and Wagner could not produce a valid driver’s license, police said.
During the investigation, he also admitted to possessing two wax envelopes of heroin labeled ‘BEAST MODE’ and he was arrested.
Wagner is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
On Friday night, 44-year-old Stephen Robinson, of Massapequa Park, was located at his home and placed under arrest without incident, police said.
During search incident to arrest, he was in possession of 62 wax envelopes labeled ‘BEAST MODE’ believed to contain heroin, police said.
Robinson is charged with five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and six counts of criminal Sale of a controlled substance, police said.
Additionally, he is charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child due to his 8-year-old child being in the home on Feb. 10 when he conducted a narcotics sale to Johns, police said.
