South Bellmore Civic to Create Merrick Road Improvement Committee

Moving forward, we are organizing a Merrick Road Beautification Committee.

They will need to research how to plant in front of storefronts, shopping centers and the post office (similar to what Merrick Civic does).

We're also starting petitions this spring regarding the repaving of our neighborhood streets. We will start a petition on South St. Marks and West Alder. If there's a street by your house that needs repaving please let us know and we'll set up the petition and assist in composing a letter to the town, (which we've been told is the fastest way to deal with this problem).  

Additionally if you need a sewer or drain cleaned, you can email us your house number and street and we'll forward to Angie Cullins office.  They will handle.
