2 Burglaries Reported In Brentwood-Central Islip
A local home and a business were both burglarized over the weekend.

BRENTWOOD-CENTRAL ISLIP, NY - Two burglaries were reported in Brentwood and Central Islip last weekend, according to Suffolk Police.
On Saturday at about 6 p.m., a home on Hillsite Lane in Central Islip was burglarized.
The burglar entered the home through a window and stole three televisions and a bicycle.

On Sunday, the second burglary was reported at a Brentwood business at about 12:30 a.m.
The burglar broke the glass rear door of Nellie’s Nail Salon on 930 Suffolk Avenue and stole cash.

In both cases, no description of the burglar was available. There is no evidence that the burglaries are related.
