2 Hospitalized After Central Islip Crash

The crash was reported Monday afternoon.

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY - Two people were hospitalized after a crash in Central Islip on Monday afternoon, according to Suffolk Police.

A 2004 Jeep was traveling northbound on Carleton Avenue and the driver attempted to make a left on Smith Street and was struck by a southbound Ford F150 at 3:06 p.m.

The man and woman in the Jeep were transported to Southside Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
