Brentwood Public Library Closed Until Further Notice

The library, which was expected to re-open on Monday, announced it will be closed indefinitely.

BRENTWOOD, NY — Brentwood Public Library announced on Monday that it would be closed indefinitely, according to its website.

The library, which was closed on January 1 and 2 for New Year's Day originally announced it would re-open on January 5. But due to COVID-19 safety procedures and Friday's snowfall, it stated it would later re-open on Monday.

Curbside pickup, online resources, online programs, and web chat services will continue to be available to the public. Normal hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; the library is closed on Sunday.
