BRENTWOOD, NY - Police are seeking a Brentwood teen reported missing earlier this month.
Suffolk County Police Third Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to locate a Brentwood teen who went missing in April.
Shaquana Hammonds, 17, was last seen at her home on 154 West Orange Street on April 30.

She was reported missing by a family member on May 3.
Hammonds (pictured above) is described as 5-foot-1 and 120 pounds.

The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone with information to call 911 or 631-854-8352.
