Central Islip School District: Alfano McTeacher Night = Resounding Success

Alfano Elementary students and their families joined Principal Ms.
Carmen Vazquez, Assistant Principal Ms. Nicole Lefferts, their teachers,
faculty and staff for an exciting night out at McDonald's in Central
Islip on Suffolk Avenue. The social event brought the Alfano
community together for the school's fundraiser to benefit school
projects. Faculty and Staff served up dinner orders to students and
their families, as illustrated in this slide show. Superintendent of
Schools, Ms. Sharon A. Dungee, and Ms. Vazquez, thanked Central Islip
McDonald's for their participation, and acknowledged the school spirit
displayed by the Alfano School faculty, staff, and community.
