Central Islip School District: MULVEY Is STRONG In High-Tech Library Studies

Students at Mulvey Elementary School are sharpening their reading, study, and research skills utilizing both books and
computers. The new high-tech expansion to the library affords students
and their teachers cutting edge software which strengthens and
complements their academic studies in all disciplines. Students are
pictured under the tutelage of their Librarian, Mrs. Barbara Kiernozek,
utilizing computers, then choosing books which they checked out of the
library for additional reading. Sixth Grade students and their teachers
showcased the MULVEY STRONG sign that decorates the front gate of the
school, illustrating the Mulvey School Community's enduring strength
through teamwork in the classrooms. on the athletic fields, at home, and
throughout their community.
