Central Islip School District: Reed Celebrates Random Acts Of Kindness Spirit Week

Reed Middle School students, administrators, faculty, and staff are
promoting their school's  Random Acts of Kindness Spirit campaign.
Together, Reed students and staff are exploring the positive aspects of
offering random kind acts to others. A seemingly simple gesture like
offering a nod or "hello" to someone may make a difference to someone
who may otherwise not be experiencing a good day. Team Reed is devoting
their campaign throughout the year to making positive changes throughout
their school, at home, and in their community. Students in Ms. Yvette
Brideau's classroom are kicking off their Random Acts of Kindness Spirit
campaign by displaying their 'Someone has given you this because You
Are Awesome!' Cards, and studying the Gift of the Magi.
