CI Man Caught Driving Drunk With Cocaine Tries To Flee: Police
The 29-year-old had been arrested once before in 2015 on a DWI charge, police say.

TOWN OF BABYLON, NY - A Central Islip man was arrested after attempting to run away from cops after he was caught driving drunk in the Town of Babylon on Saturday morning, according to State Police.
Jason Jones, 29, was stopped while driving a 2015 Toyota Camry for driving erratically on the Southern State Parkway by Straight Path at about 2:40 a.m., police said.
He exited the vehicle and attempted to flee on foot, but was taken into custody by the troopers, police said.

Jones was found to be highly intoxicated and in possession of crack cocaine, police said.
He was charged with fifth degree criminal possession of controlled substance, felony DWI (prior convictions), resisting arrest, and numerous vehicle and traffic law violations.
