LI Daycare Employee Sexually Abused Girl, 10: PD
The girl, now 13, came forward after another incidence of abuse, police say.

BRENTWOOD, NY — A Brentwood daycare employee sexually abused a girl, 10, under his care in 2020, police said.
According to Suffolk County police, Reynaldo Estrada, 62, who worked at the Little Lamb ABC Daycare on Vanderbilt, was arrested at his Vanderbilt Avenue home on Wednesday at 3:02 p.m.
Estrada, an employee and husband of the owner of Little Lamb ABC Daycare, sexually abused a 10-year-old girl at the facility in August and September 2020, police said. The child, who is now 13 years old, came forward following another incident of abuse by Estrada that took place earlier this month, police said.

Following an investigation by special victims section detectives, Estrada was arrested and charged with three counts of first-degree sexual abuse and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
Estrada was scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Thursday.
