Man Driving Dirt Bike Killed After Crashing Into Car: SCPD
The 19-year-old, who was not wearing a helmet, was thrown of his dirt bike during the crash on Friday night, police say.
BRENTWOOD, NY - A man driving a dirt bike was killed after crashing into a car in Brentwood on Friday night, according to Suffolk Police.
Anthony Ayala, 19, of Brentwood was driving a 2018 KTM dirt bike southbound on Wicks Road when he collided with a 2016 Jeep Renegade which was travelling northbound on Crooked Hill Road at 9:07 p.m.
Ayala, who was not wearing a helmet, was thrown from the dirt bike and sustained numerous injuries.

He was then transported by Brentwood Legion Ambulance to Southside Hospital in Bay Shore where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the Jeep, 52-year-old Rafael Cardenas-Jiminez, of Central Islip was not injured.

Both vehicles were impounded for safety checks.
