More Than 500 Still Without Power In Brentwood-Central Islip

A winter storm hit Long Island on Wednesday leaving many residents with no power.

BRENTWOOD-CENTRAL ISLIP, NY - Over 500 Brentwood and Central Islip residents are still without power as of Thursday morning after a winter storm hit the area on Wednesday, according to the PSEG map.

According to PSEG, a total of 251 customers in Brentwood still don't have power as of 11:45 a.m. Power is expected to be fully restored in the area by Friday at 11:45 a.m.

In Central Islip, 255 residents don't have power. Power is expected to be restored by Friday at 11 a.m.
