MS-13 Gang Members Tried To Abduct, Kill Long Island Teen: Police

Police say they caught the gang members in the act of trying to abduct a 16-year-old Wednesday.

BRENTWOOD, NY – Suffolk Police caught MS-13 gang members in the act of attempting to abduct and murder a teen in Brentwood Wednesday.

Detectives arrested three known MS-13 members and two MS-13 associates while they tried to abduct a 16-year-old boy, police said.

Three of the suspects are unaccompanied alien children and the other two suspects are undocumented immigrants from El Salvador, police said. All five were arrested at gunpoint by detectives and Gang Section officers and were charged with second degree conspiracy.
