BRENTWOOD, NY - A fire broke out at a Brentwood home early Monday, according to Suffolk Police.

The blaze broke out at a Brentwood Parkway home at 1:20 a.m.

No injuries were reported. All occupants escaped the home prior to the fire.

The cause of the fire is under investigation but it appears non-criminal at this time.

It appears that the fire began in the kitchen of the home before spreading to the attic, according to a report in Newsday.
