Missing Brentwood Woman With Dementia Found

The 47-year-old was reported missing on Wednesday.

BRENTWOOD, NY - Suffolk Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Brentwood woman who suffers from dementia.

Candida Encarnacion, 47, was last seen at 14 Glenmore Avenue on Dec. 26 and left at some point overnight.

Encarnacion (pictured above) is described 5-foot-4 and 115 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

She may be wearing a navy blue jacket and white converse sneakers.

She speaks Spanish but may be non-verbal. She is believed to be on foot.

Anyone with information on Encarnacion’s location is asked to call 911 or the Third Squad at 631-854-8352.
