Suffolk Police To Host 'Prom Impact' Event
More than 1,000 dresses and 300 suits will be available free of charge to students, police say.
BRENTWOOD, NY — Suffolk County Police are helping local high school juniors and seniors create lifelong memories.
The Suffolk County Association of Women Police (SCAWP) will be hosting its annual Prom Impact event on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Suffolk County Police Academy, located at 502 Wicks Road in Brentwood.
The event will feature more than 1,000 dresses and 300 suits and tuxedos for students to try on and take home for their special night. Students will also have the opportunity to select shoes, accessories and makeup that were donated by members of the SCPD, community members and local businesses.

All items are available free of charge to high school juniors and seniors with valid school ID.
