Teens Intentionally Hit By Car In Suffolk County, 16-Year-Old Charged: Police
Suffolk County police said the boy struck both teens with his car before hitting another car and a telephone pole.
BRENTWOOD, NY — A 16-year-old boy is facing charges after police said he intentionally hit two teenagers with his car before crashing it into a telephone pole.
Suffolk County police said the boy was driving a Honda Civic on Third Avenue around 2:15 p.m. Friday when he spotted two 16-year-old teens in the street. According to police, all three had been involved in a previous altercation.
Police said the boy drove the Honda around the block and returned, intentionally hitting both teens with his car. The car then struck another vehicle before hitting a telephone pole.

The two victims, the driver and his passenger were all taken to local hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
The driver was charged with two counts of second-degree assault, police said. He is scheduled to be arraigned at a later date.
