
Fifteen people were displaced after a Christmas night fire tore through a three-story Yonkers home. The Yonkers fire department got the call around 10:50 p.m. for a fire on Locust Hill Avenue.
Red Cross officials found emergency lodging for four people Tuesday, with the others staying with family and friends, the Journal News said.
No civilians were injured in the fire that was caused by a faulty dishwasher.
