4-Year-Old Yonkers Girl Shoots Herself in the Face

She was hospitalized in critical condition.

A four-year-old Yonkers girl shot herself in the face with a gun found in her family’s Walnut Street home late Monday night, according to reports.

The girl suffered serious injuries and was taken to Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, where she was in critical condition Tuesday, according to WABC-TV.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident and have not released further details, reports the Daily News. No arrests have been made.
