Armed Robbery in Yonkers Ends in Victim Being Shot
The incident occurred in the early morning hours on Thursday.
A man was shot in the backside early Thursday morning in Yonkers in what police are describing was an armed robbery.
The man was taken to Jacobi Medical Center where he was treated and is expected to live, but a suspect is still at-large.
Fios1News reports that incident occurred near Fairview Street and Morningside Avenue. The case remains under investigation.
