Sandro Botticelli, one of the greatest Renaissance painters, responsible for creating the indelible images of “The Birth of Venus” and “Primavera”, was also an excellent portraitist and artist of religious themes. His major paintings, a description of his painting technique, as well as his life story will be presented.
