Jessica Kachmar is an artist of her craft, talented and passionate. She's a full time mom and wife, and now the owner of The Beauty Parlor.
I met Jessica when she was just 6 years old, the younger sister of one of my best friends. As a teenager she began her career as a hairstylist in the cosmetology program at Saunders High School in Yonkers. She went on to win hair shows and awards, and later worked with the Clairol and Wella companies.
A dream finally became a reality today as she opened up her doors for business. The Beauty Parlor on Main Street in Dobbs Ferry is sleek yet edgy, trendy yet sophisticated. They are a full service salon that uses high quality products including the Bumble & Bumble hair care line.
Jessica's staff is more like a family, as she's worked with many of them for years. Together, they will bring you the best in styling, color, and cutting techniques, plus a makeup counter to complete your new glamourous look.
