Body Cavity Search Yields 1,400+ Bags of Heroin in Bronx Man, VT Police Say

A K-9 officer picked up a scent on the outside door of the vehicle.

A Bronx man on probation for a cocaine arrest was taken into custody Tuesday by Vermont State Police.

Fernando Estrella, 41, was a passenger in a van stopped by police, when a K-9 officer picked up a scent on the outside of the door, according to an article at wptz.com.

No drugs were found in the van, but they were found after Estrella underwent a body cavity search.
