Bronxville Man, 39, ID'd as Victim in Fatal NJ Crash
The man was crushed Monday when a cargo container was dislodged from a tractor trailer truck in Rutherford.

James Hart III, 39, of Bronxville has been identified as the victim in a fatal accident Monday in Rutherford, NJ, after a cargo container was dislodged from a tractor trailer and crushed him when it fell on his car.
Hart was driving a 2014 Honda on Route 3 when a truck ahead of him - which was carrying the container - struck the West Orient Way overpass, knocking the container off the truck and on top of Hart’s vehicle. According to WABC-TV, Hart was pronounced dead at the scene of the 2 p.m. crash.
The truck’s driver, 50-year-old Clifton, NJ, resident Ali Mutakabbi is facing motor vehicle violations in connection with the accident, reports Fios1News.
