Bronxville Resident to Speak at Concordia
David Henle will be discussing investing in 2012 at the Concordia Business Breakfast on Oct. 23 at 7 a.m.

Concordia’s Business Breakfast Series continues with a presentation on Oct. 23 by David Henle, former partner and Global Head of Private Wealth Management for Goldman Sachs and resident of Bronxville.

Recognized by Julian Robertson for his exceptional skills as one of the most successful hedge fund managers, Henle also managed DLH Capital Management, a $100MM hedge fund specializing in financial services with a focus on emerging markets.
Henle began his career in the commercial lending division of Irving Trust before joining Goldman Sachs in 1980. His tenure at Goldman focused on private client services, managing the investment process and relationships with high net worth families.

He ran Goldman’s New York office until 1996 when he became Co-head of their worldwide business. In 1999, he became Head of Private Client Services for the United States, managing the U.S. component of Private Client Services. Three years later, he became Global Head of Private Wealth Management for Goldman Sachs, overseeing 2000 employees and $280 billion of client assets before retiring from Goldman in 2005.
A graduate of Union College, Henle is a member of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee, and Chairman of the Investment Committee, for Union College.
He and his wife Joan live in Bronxville and their sons, Mark and Peter, are both graduates of the Bronxville School.
The program begins at 7 a.m. with a light breakfast, followed by the presentation at 7:30 a.m.
