Bronxville Woman Arrested on Charge of Driving While Intoxicated: State Police

Bronxville resident Katherine B. Diangelo, 26, was arrested by state police on a misdemeanor charge of Driving While Intoxicated on Sunday, Oct. 4, on I-87 in Cornwall, NY.

Diangelo was pulled over for an undisclosed traffic violation when troopers believed she was intoxicated, according to state police.

She was transported and processed at the state police facility in Newburgh where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.09 percent, according to state police.

Diangelo was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Cornwall Court on October 29, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.
