Car Crashes Into Pole, Death Threats Top The Latest Bronxville Police Blotter
Here are a few of the most recent incidents the Bronxville Village Police dealt with.

BRONXVILLE, NY — Bronxville Police were out and about during the last half of September. A couple of people were caught driving without licenses, a stranger was reported talking to children and a business owner received death threats. Here’s rundown from the latest Village of Bronxville Police Department blotter.
12:42 a.m., Sept. 19: Jason Delaura, 38, of Hartsdale, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after being stopped on Parkway Road for a seatbelt violation. Police said records indicated his license was suspended. He was processed at the scene and released pending a court appearance. His car was impounded.
9:22 a.m., Sept. 19: Ronda Royal, 30, of Yonkers, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. She was stopped on Pondfield Road for a speeding violation, police said, and records indicated her license was suspended. Royal was processed at the scene and released pending a court appearance. Her car was impounded.

4:16 p.m., Sept. 30: Police investigated a complaint of a man talking to children as they walked home from school on Midland Avenue. The man was identified by capturing a clear picture of his face using village surveillance cameras. The photo was submitted to the Westchester Intelligence Center for facial recognition. He was interviewed by detectives; no crime was committed.
12:35 p.m., Sept. 21: A business owner on Kraft Avenue reported receiving death threats over the phone. The incident is being investigated.

7:51 a.m., Sept. 24: A single motor vehicle struck a pole on White Plains Road causing a disruption in Con Edison and Verizon services. The driver and a passenger, who were conscious and alert, were taken to Lawrence Hospital for evaluation. The cause of the accident is unclear.
