1)"The examination must be aligned with the NYS Learning Standards, The CCSS, and NAEP framework."
---Many teachers stated on testtalk.org that this was absolutely NOT the case.
2)"...must be developed in accordance with the Standards for Educational and Psychological testing.
---Does the subliminal advertising of Nike, Barbie and others fall into the category of properly "developed in accordance with the Standards for Educational and Psychological testing?"
9)"NYSED requires the Contractor (Pearson) include NYS teachers in selected aspects of the test development process including item review and standards testing."
---Were teachers involved?
21)" All materials must be provided to NYSED error free and proofread by the Contractors (Pearson) editors...."

24) "The Contractor must field test at least 1.75 times the number of multiple choice items and at least 2.5 times the number of constructed response items as will be needed to produce high quality ELA and Math operational tests each year."
