Why It's Important and How it Will Save Lives
Please join NewYork-Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital for a community presentation on NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital’s new Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at NYP/Lawrence. Meet our doctors and learn plans for expanded cardiac care to treat heart disease to stop a heart attack before it happens. The presentation will be held on Thursday, May 7 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Bronxville Public Library.
The Cardiac Cath Lab features expanded diagnostic and treatment capabilities for heart disease. It will offer diagnostic imaging and minimally invasive procedures to visualize arteries, check blood flow and pressure and evaluate heart valve efficiency. The Cardaic Cath Lab is operated by NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and is staffed by interventional cardiologists from Columbia University Medical Center.
Leading cardiologists from ColumbiaDoctors and Lawrence Medical Associates will discuss how the new Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory can save lives and why it is important to have this state-of-the-art facility in our community.
