Eastchester Announces 2017 Hall Of Fame Inductees

EASTCHESTER, NY — The Eastchester Alumni association Hall of Fame Selection Committee has announced the 2017 Hall of Fame and Golden Eagle Service Award inductees. On Thursday, Oct. 26, the Eastchester Alumni Hall of Fame will honor graduates of the Eastchester schools who have made significant contributions in arts, sciences, business, education, sports, military service, entertainment, professional leadership, volunteerism and community service in the years following their graduations.

This year, in addition to honoring Eastchester alumni, a new award has been introduced: the Golden Eagle Service Award, which pays tribute to outstanding teachers, coaches, volunteers and others who have gone above and beyond in service of the Eastchester School District.

The 2017 Hall of Fame honorees are:

• Louis Di Francesco ‘59
• Dr. Michael Spinell ‘62
• Elizabeth Bracken-Thompson ‘70
• Jeanne Alter ‘78
• Michael Mann ‘78
• Jennifer Levene Bruno ‘90
• Dr. Robert C. di Targiani ‘94

2017 Golden Eagle Service Award Recipient:
