Eastchester Fire Department Looking to Hire Treasurer

A part-time job opportunity has opened up for the Town of Eastchester.

The Eastchester Fire District is seeking to hire a part-time treasurer to work 17 hours per week.

According to New York town law, the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Municipal accounting experience preferred, bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, advanced degree preferred, auditing experience preferred, highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, QuickBooks, extremely organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, ability to work independently, demonstrate excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards.

Applicants must be a resident of the Town of Eastchester or the villages of Bronxville or Tuckahoe.
