Eastchester Man, 29, Pleads Guilty to Child Pornography Charges: DA
More than 7,000 images were alleged to have been discovered by authorities.

Eastchester resident Michael Eisenberg, 29, pleaded guilty Monday in connection with a child pornography case where more than 7,000 images were discovered by authorities, Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore announced.
Eisenberg was arrested in February of this year after authorities, acting on a Cyber Tip Report from the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force, raided his apartment. The task for had traced a computer’s IP Address to a location in Westchester County where images containing child pornography had been downloaded.
“Among the images downloaded were prepubescent girls in various stages of undress with adult males also not wearing any clothing,” according to DiFiore.

Several electronic devices containing the images were recovered in the raid:
- 17 thumb drives containing child pornography,
- Eisenberg’s current cellphone containing child pornography,
- 2 laptops containing child pornography,
- 3 external hard drives of which two contained child pornography.
Eisenberg pleaded guilty to:

- one count of Promoting an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “D” Felony
- one count of Possessing an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “E” Felony.
He is currently remanded to the Westchester County Jail and is scheduled to be sentenced on Sept. 8.
As the defendant has a previous felony conviction, he faces an enhanced sentence of which the maximum is seven years in state prison.
